Metroviews License Agreement

1. Ownership - This is not a sale of our aerial photos. Metroviews owns the
photos and retains all copyrights.
2. Permitted Uses - You may use our aerial photos in your business. This
includes viewing, printing, emailing and placement on your web site. Aerial
photos placed on your web site should measure no larger than 400 x 400
pixels.
3. Prohibited Uses -
- You may not resell our
aerial photos.
- You may not mass reproduce
our aerial maps without written permission (almost always
given).
- GIS/Image Assembly - The intent of our service is to provide you with
aerial photos for "spot" projects as they randomly occur throughout our
coverage area. Using Metroviews' aerial photos in GIS systems or
creating photo assemblies ("mosaics") that cover areas larger than
10 square
miles is prohibited. Please contact us to arrange
a separate license agreement for these situations.
- All other uses not listed
in "Permitted Uses" above are prohibited.
4. Term - Your license begins upon receipt of payment and ends
according to the table below.
5. Rates & Features - The annual photo license rates and
features are shown below (as of January 1, 2008):

6. Cancellation/Refunds - You or Metroviews may cancel
your license at any time for any reason. Upon cancellation, you will
receive a refund for the unused portion of your license term.
No refunds are issued for expired licenses.
7. Metroviews reserves the right to refuse any license
request.
